Seller and scope
These terms apply to purchases made through the Itamonte website or through the Stripe Payment Link connected to it. Itamonte sells limited specialty coffee releases in small quantities and may also publish journal, origin and brewing information.
Products
Each coffee page describes the release month, producer, origin, variety, process, tasting notes, size, price and availability where that information is known. Coffee is roasted and packed in limited runs, so availability can change quickly and a product may sell out before the website is updated.
Orders and payment
Orders are completed through Stripe. The final amount, shipping address, taxes where applicable, payment method and receipt are handled during the Stripe checkout flow. An order is confirmed only when the payment has been accepted.
Price
Prices are displayed in euros. The current INT-01 release is priced at 36€ for a 250g bag unless a different price is shown at checkout. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before payment is completed.
Availability and pre-orders
Current releases are sold while stock lasts. Future releases marked as "Soon" are informational only and cannot be purchased until the checkout link is enabled. If Itamonte opens a pre-order, the expected release or shipping date will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery
Orders are prepared from Barcelona. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier workload, public holidays and payment validation. Itamonte is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or external courier incidents, but will help the customer resolve them where possible.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers buying online in the European Union generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. For food-safety and hygiene reasons, coffee that has been opened, unsealed or used cannot be returned unless it is defective or the wrong product was delivered. Unopened products can be returned within the legal period after contacting Itamonte first.
Damaged, incorrect or defective products
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, contact ana@itamonte.es within 48 hours of delivery with the order reference and photos of the product and packaging. Depending on the case and stock availability, Itamonte may offer a replacement, refund or store credit.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, check product details before paying, and store coffee in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odours after delivery.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Itamonte is not liable for indirect losses, misuse of the product, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms outside its reasonable control.
Governing law and contact
