Itamonte starts in Brazil's coffee mountains, where altitude, soil and ripeness shape the cup before fermentation begins.
Our monthly drops focus on small lots with clarity, sweetness and a sense of place. We look for coffees that feel bright enough for Barcelona mornings and deep enough for slow weekend brewing.
What terroir means for us
Terroir is climate, variety, harvest timing, producer knowledge and the way cherries are handled after picking. When those parts align, fermentation can amplify the fruit instead of hiding it.
