Shipping origin
Itamonte prepares orders from Barcelona, Spain. Available destinations, shipping costs and delivery methods are shown in the Stripe checkout before payment is completed.
Preparation times
Limited releases may be roasted, packed or prepared in small batches. Unless a different date is shown on the product page or at checkout, orders are normally prepared within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates depend on the destination and courier. Spain and nearby EU destinations are usually faster than international deliveries. Public holidays, peak periods, customs checks and courier incidents may extend delivery times.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number and email. Extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email ana@itamonte.es within 48 hours of delivery with the order reference and clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and product. Please keep the packaging until the case is resolved.
Returns and withdrawal
Consumers buying online in the European Union generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or unsealed coffee cannot be returned unless it is defective or incorrect. Unopened coffee should be returned in its original condition and packaging after contacting Itamonte first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe. Itamonte may wait to receive the returned product or proof of return shipment before issuing the refund. Standard outbound shipping may be refunded where required by law; return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Opened coffee, used products, products damaged after delivery, gift cards and digital content are not returnable unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
Pre-orders and future releases
If a future monthly coffee is sold as a pre-order, the expected deadline, release date or shipping window will be shown on the product page or at checkout. Customers will be informed of material delays where contact details are available.
