Coffee of the month

This first Itamonte release is a Sidra varietal from Fazenda Rodomunho in Cerrado Mineiro. Produced by Thiago Corsi, the coffee is fermented in a dark room with stable temperature at 17-18°C that preserve clarity while amplifying a sparkling profile of red fruits, florals, white wine and champagne. INT-01 is a tiny launch: only 20 bags of 250g are available, designed as an invitation to taste Brazil's terroir through fermentation.
